Delivery and payment

Delivery of goods to the client is carried out throughout the Republic of Belarus. The minimum order amount for registration of delivery is 100 Belarusian rubles. For orders over 300 Belarusian rubles, delivery is free. Delivery time - 1-3 working days, subject to the availability of goods in stock.

Galantex company carries out wholesale sales of goods on a prepaid basis and deferred payment. wholesale sales are carried out in the company's offices in Brest, Minsk and Grodno (office addresses and work hours are indicated in the section "Contact us"). The goods are sold in packages and rolls (the number of units per package / meters per roll, check with the manager).

For individuals:

According to the law №90-3 refund of the appropriate quality product is possible, if:

• The product hasn’t been use;d
• The product is still consumable;
• Product isn’t included in the list of non-foodstuffs goods of appropriate quality, non-exchangeable and non-refundable;
• there is evidence of its purchase from the seller (for example, a cashier's receipt, invoice or invoice, etc.).

In case of an exchange or refund, a consumer has to return the product in consumed packaging. The product was sold in that packaging.
Goods can’t be exchanged or refunded. (p.1 Product isn’t included in the list of non-foodstuffs goods of appropriate quality, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, ratified by Council of Minister of Republic of Belarus)
Also non-refundable are the products that are produced personally for the client. Including products, that were produced from raw materials, purchased specifically for the buyer (e.g. by colour or thickness).

For legal entities:
In case of receiving goods of inadequate quality, the buyer (legal entity) has the right to send a claim within thirty calendar days from the date of delivery.
